Living Room Area: In this area you'll find two comfortable sofa-beds, rocking chair, multi-phone charger, and smart TV (Roku & Netflix)

Bathrooms (1 Full, 1 Half): Full sized bathroom with a stand up shower. This space includes shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, bath towels, and hand towels.

Sleeping Area (2 Bedrooms): Master bedroom has a queen bed, night stand, modern chair, small table, and a closet (hangers, iron, and iron board inside it). A fan is located above the bed as well as a lamp on the nightstand.

Second bedroom has two adjacent bunk-beds and sleeps 4 people.

Kitchen: This large area includes a full fridge, single cup coffee maker with k-cups (pods included!), microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and oven. Also included: utensils, cookware, dishes, bowls, mugs, cups, cutting board.

Dining Room:This area includes a round-table with four chairs located across from the kitchen

Laundry Room:This area is located in the back of the home, and includes a new washer and dryer! (Detergent included)

Parking: The house has plenty of on-premise parking in the fenced backyard with a private gate that can fit up to 6+ medium size vehicles & golf carts!

Backyard: Fully fenced large backyard for your children and pets to roam around! Park Style Outdoor BBQ Charcoal Grill

Included as complementary are coffee Keurig pods, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, water, etc.

Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking inside please.
